Welcome to BSC Swiss Bank. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and digital banking services. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms in full.

1. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be legally competent to enter into binding contracts.
• Not be a resident of a country subject to international sanctions that prohibit the provision of our services there.

2. Account Opening and Identity Verification (KYC)

We are legally obligated to verify the identity of all our customers. You are required to provide accurate and complete information, and valid identity documents. We reserve the right to refuse account opening or suspend it if the verification process is not completed.

3. Your Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username, password, OTP codes).
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• You may not share your account or allow it to be used by any other person.
• Electronic consent, entering a Verification Code (OTP), or biometric identifiers are considered legally binding electronic signatures for all transactions and actions taken on your account.

4. Acceptable Use

It is prohibited to use our services for the following activities:

• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal activity.
• Fraud or transaction manipulation.
• Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of the bank or third parties.
• Attempting to hack our systems or disrupt the service.

5. Fees and Commissions

All applicable fees and commissions for your transactions are clearly displayed before confirming any transaction. We reserve the right to modify the fees with a 30-day prior notice.

6. Liability and Force Majeure

We make every effort to ensure service continuity and security, but we shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from:

• Service interruptions or transaction delays due to Force Majeure events (such as natural disasters, wars, civil unrest, complex cyberattacks, or general telecommunication/internet network failures).
• Your misuse of the service or negligence in maintaining the security of your login credentials or devices.
• Delays resulting from additional verification procedures or compliance with regulatory decisions and court orders.

7. Termination of Service and Account Freezing

You have the right to close your account at any time after settling all financial obligations. We reserve the right to suspend, freeze, or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice in the event of suspected illegal activity, violation of these terms, or to comply with anti-money laundering and regulatory requirements.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Zurich, Switzerland.

9. Amendments

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes 30 days prior to their implementation.
